|
|
List some things that you wish they would ADD to BoH if it was up to you. We all know about the bugs, quirks, failures of BoH, i'm talking about features that in your opinion would make the game better for you. PLEASE be detailed in your description.
I'll start it off with a few and add your suggestions to this post as they come in.
- Character Re-Spec - Use Tokens to redo your skill points either a partial or full or maybe even offer both
- Items used list - Show you your weakest A/D items so you could quickly tell if needed to buy more of a certain one
- Be able to review the attack screen when attacked
- Countdown Timer on Resources ...So you know exactly when you are due to get some $$$
- Energy refills ... Have a way to earn a free E refill daily or once a week
- A way to tell when sending invites if a person has a 500 squad or not so a player doesn't waste an invite
- A way to clear your squad invites sent screen ... this is not really so important
- More tasks or events to occupy our time _________________

My only FaceBook game has been Mafia Wars. What I like about it is there are lots of things to do....wars, battles, gifts, hitlists. They constantly come up with new stuff to keep you interested. If I choose to, I can play MW for hours. While I like BOH, I can sit and do everything in about 5 minutes. If I want, I can then go farm jobs for another 15 minutes or so....then its back to Mafia Wars.
I think it takes quite a while to develop the features in a game so I'm not bummed, but I'd like to see a little more action from developers _________________ The existence of the flame thrower proves that at one time, some person said, "You know? okay...
On the resources... near as I can tell it's the top of the hour every hour they are added.
Like the idea about being able to adjust your skill points a lot!
I'd like to see "Hire a Sniper" for attacks. A member of your squad you could hire for 'cash' to "soften up" the player you are attacking. |

To modify Dave's idea, an option to have your squad attack, again like MW, where you can point out a target and then just take turns hammering one guy.. But, that would mean opening up the target range in BoH.. Hmmmm.. |

Some sort of BONUS incentive for players to use the Get Help button. If they did I can see where players would use it everytime to do missions just to get the bonus which would spam the wall too much so they would have to limit it uses to say .... only 5 uses a day.
Actually i've already sent that one in to LOLapps but I forgot to use it in the first post. _________________

I like the SORT suggestion. Could I expand that to include several ways to sort. You know in Windows, you can click on the top of a heading, like name, or date, etc. and sort by that particular column. It would be nice to sort your squad by name, or nickname, or LEVEL, or whatever.
Also, I would like to see XP awarded for winning a defensive fight (when you are attacked. If some gorilla is gonna beat on you 15 to 20 times a day, at least you should get some nice XP when you repel their attack, right? Like a minimum of 10,000, or maybe 30 times your level.
And to expand on the HIRE SNIPER suggestion, how about a HITLIST, a la MW, where you can put a bounty on a particularly obnoxious enemy soldier who has been harassing you. With a SIGNIFICANT penalty for that obnoxious soldier, to teach them a lesson, like maybe deducting five levels, or 50 attack points, or something, to teach them to lay off weaker players.
And finally, a hard wired restriction in the game code to prevent bullies from attacking weaklings. For example a level 360 player (like me) should not be able to see a BATTLE button for a player more than 10 or 15 levels below him. Let us fight UP, but not too far down. |

Like all of those Joe.
I don't play MW (only BoH) but adding something to help deter the "bully" behavior could/would help make the game more enjoyable to play for a lot of players. |

yeah, a bonus might be too much. I'm amazed that so many don't use it. I'll see where So & So leveled up so I'll go his profile and not find one "Get Help" post. I've made many comments to these folks but it gets tiring after awhile. But I HAVE discovered that accepting folks as friends, even though I have the 500, makes more posts show up asking for help. _________________ The existence of the flame thrower proves that at one time, some person said, "You know? That's the ones I delete David, I don't care for people that only take and not give back. I get 20+ Fb invites a day for BoH so they are easily replaced.
I confirm the new ones one at a time, right click on their name and use the open in the new window option so that it leaves my original window open, scroll their wall for a assist post, if I see one they stay added and if I don't see any within a few days ..... they get kicked to the curb. _________________

LOL, you're a brutal guy, Robert. I guess I don't want to take the time to do a background check. I add em and hope they post. Let's see.....I have 500 in my merry little band.....probably another 200 that I've added as friends, and maybe I see the same 20-30 names on a consistent basis _________________ The existence of the flame thrower proves that at one time, some person said, "You know? Collections.....ok, we know that they aren't really a good trade but I was willing to sacrifice a little to gain a unique weapon. Not anymore. The items they are offering can be gained in other ways without giving up better items.
We have no incentive to trade for these items.
They could take some cues from Mafia wars _________________ The existence of the flame thrower proves that at one time, some person said, "You know? I'd like to set that group of people on fire but they're too far away."

way to tell when sending invites if a person has a 500 squad or not so a player doesn't waste an invite is a great one. and i too would like to be able to sort my squad list, if only to see where peoples levels are, if they're even playing and so on..Im sure when i get to the higher levels i'll have more to cry about but till then....... _________________ BIG DICK HERTZER[BoM]
