What I am about to share to you is highly classified information… just kidding! I am about to let you in on a secret, there is a fast way to lose weight! As a soldier, fitness has always been my 1st priority. I mean, imagine me running around with all those belly fats juggling… not a pretty picture. Ever since I’ve been assigned to mountainous deskwork as an intelligence analyst, I have unknowingly buried myself with food until I can’t fit into my uniform anymore.
